The Rollerdek™ Bar 29 is a 29"x1/8" FDA/NSF listed platic that extends horizontally across your grill and can be inserted into Dog Catcher® Separator Slots to prevent the Dog Catcher® Separators from walking side to side. A "Cook Zone" or a Flavor Banner can be applied to use as a POS tool. Use this size for a 50 or 75 count grill. When using with Dog Catcher® Separators, we recommend using 2, one in the front and one in the back to prevent walking.
